By using the website, creating an account, submitting an order or making payment, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Delivery Policy.
Eligibility and account
You must provide accurate information and keep login credentials confidential. Orders placed through your account or verified mobile number are treated as authorised unless promptly reported.
Account verification and OTP cost-control policy
A valid email address is required for secure verification, password recovery, receipts and service messages. A customer may be asked to complete one Firebase SMS OTP verification before the first protected purchase. After successful verification, Rasoo.in does not require an SMS OTP for every password login or order. A fresh OTP is required if the registered mobile number is changed. OTPs and verification links must not be shared.
Menu, pricing and availability
Images are illustrative and presentation may vary. Prices, portion options, taxes and delivery charges are shown before checkout. Items remain subject to availability until restaurant confirmation.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted only after confirmation. Online payment success does not by itself guarantee availability; where fulfilment is not possible, an appropriate cancellation and refund is initiated. Never share payment OTP, CVV, PIN or password with our staff or riders.
Prohibited use
Do not misuse accounts, attempt unauthorised access, submit false payment claims, abuse staff or riders, interfere with the website, scrape content at scale, or use the service for unlawful activity.
Food and allergens
Customers should disclose material allergy or dietary concerns before ordering. Kitchens may handle common allergens and cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Liability
We are responsible for providing services with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential loss is excluded. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
Changes and governing law
Policies may be updated prospectively. Indian law applies and courts having jurisdiction over Patna, Bihar will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer-protection dispute forums.
Normal food orders and tiffin add-ons
A normal food order does not require a tiffin meal slot. The option to add food to a scheduled tiffin delivery is shown only to an eligible customer with an active tiffin plan and an available delivery task. Separate food delivery charges, timing and availability may apply when a tiffin add-on is not eligible.
Offers and Rasoo Wallet promotional rewards
Restaurant-funded and Rasoo-funded offers may have minimum order values, validity dates, item restrictions, usage limits and non-stacking rules. The checkout shows the eligible discount before payment. Rasoo Wallet promotional rewards are non-transferable, cannot be withdrawn as cash and may be used only on eligible Rasoo.in purchases. The ₹50 welcome reward requires an eligible order subtotal of at least ₹299 unless a later campaign clearly states different terms.
Ratings, complaints and operational records
After delivery, customers may submit a genuine rating or complaint. Reviews must not contain unlawful, abusive or fabricated content. For delivery safety, dispute resolution and fraud prevention, Rasoo.in may retain order-stage events, rider locations during an active assignment, delivery proof and call-attempt logs. A call-button event records an attempt; it does not prove that a telephone call was connected.
Receipts and tax documents
The customer may download an order and payment receipt. A tax invoice, tax amount or GST breakup is shown only when issued or configured by the legally responsible registered supplier under applicable law. Rasoo.in will not display a tax collection merely because a sample or another platform shows one.
Ordering availability and final Order ID
Direct food ordering may be activated or paused by Rasoo. When direct ordering is paused, only eligible active tiffin subscribers may place permitted add-on orders. For online payments, a temporary payment reference may be created to process payment, but the final public Order ID is generated only after successful server-side payment verification. A failed or pending online payment does not notify the restaurant or constitute a confirmed order.
Rasoo Secure Chat and Assistant
Secure Chat is an encrypted operational support service. It is not represented as end-to-end encrypted because authorised Rasoo personnel may review messages for support, complaints, refunds, fraud, safety and compliance. Users must never share passwords, OTPs, card numbers, CVV or UPI PIN. Rasoo Assistant is automated, may provide general information and may help create a ticket, but it cannot issue binding legal advice or make final payment, refund, complaint or safety decisions.
Administrative access security
Rasoo may use a configurable private administrative login path as an additional security layer. A private URL does not replace password security, rate limits, secure sessions, audit logs and access controls. Customers and partners have no entitlement to receive or discover the administrative path.
