How rider information is used
Rasoo.in collects only information reasonably needed to review eligibility, manage delivery operations, make payouts, protect users and maintain audit records.
Information collected
Name, date of birth, contact details, verified email, service area, identity proof, PAN, vehicle/driving documents where applicable, bank payout details, emergency contact, safety acknowledgements, device/IP audit data, and location while you are online or handling an accepted delivery.
Identity documents
Use a masked Aadhaar copy or another supported identity proof such as Voter ID. The onboarding form does not request your full Aadhaar number. Private KYC files are stored outside the public web folder and are served only through authenticated operations access.
Why Rasoo.in processes the data
To verify eligibility and documents, create and secure the rider account, allocate nearby deliveries, provide navigation/customer tracking, investigate incidents, prevent fraud, calculate or process payouts, comply with legal obligations and contact you about the rider relationship.
Location
Your base pin helps service-area planning. Live location should be processed only while you choose to be online or are completing an accepted delivery. It may be shown to the customer for active-order tracking and retained for delivery/safety audit as reasonably necessary.
Access and retention
Access to KYC and payout data should be limited to authorised staff and service providers that need it. Retention should follow Rasoo.in’s legal, tax, fraud-prevention and dispute requirements; information should not be kept longer than reasonably necessary.
Your choices
You may stop an application before submission. After submission, contact Rasoo.in support to request correction of inaccurate data or to ask about applicable deletion/retention rights. Some records may need to be retained where legally or operationally required.
