Automatic delivery planningV15 does not send customer cut-off messages. Paid, terms-accepted tiffin plans are automatically allocated at the daily planning time. Use Delivery Control for rider assignment, map tracking, proof, feedback and tickets. Restore a meal only for a verified restaurant-side exception.

Each active, paid plan receives automatic daily meal allocation. This table shows plan, payment, fixed schedule and exact delivery location.
Pending payment
For cash/UPI received outside the website, use “Mark received” to credit the correct customer due.
Rasoo Credits, refunds & referrals
Closed-use restaurant creditsUse “Rasoo Credits” only inside Rasoo.in. Do not offer cash withdrawal, customer-to-customer transfer, third-party use or customer self-recharge/top-up. A refund converted to credits must be done only after the customer chooses/consents to that option.

Original source or Rasoo Credits“Refund to original source” works only for captured Razorpay payments. “Refund as Rasoo Credits” is immediate but must have customer consent; it is not cash or transferable.
